YES, they're back [with a capital H], and the first song you can download,

from the new album My -wait for it- Dinosaur Life [just plain awesomeness!],

is called 'Disappear' and, yet again, does not disappoint.

this is what i just love about MCS - you know how you're always scared when your favorite band announces a new album and you are like 'please let it not suck' cause it would just be one less important part of your life where you wont be let down,

well they never did. <3

recently i've developed a great interest in photography with a bokeh effect, a type of soft focus of the background enhanced by light distortion. the best thing about it is that it either focuses on small details of the whole picture, whilst not ignoring the importance of the background composition [it works better when there are more objects,in quantity and color], or just on nothing but streetlights through a rainy window glass. and this is what i find most amazing about it. it enhances the attention to the detail, and also makes you wonder what wonderful things hide in the background. it just shows you to pay attention to the things that make one moment important enough for you [to take a picture] and to not forget that different things look better in different context [background]...

this or that..

filling out your CV for online job applications isn't something of grand importance to anyone's life, but it had me deep in thoughts last night.
all your experience, narrowed down to 20-something drop menus.
and i found myself asking the question 'is this what i've had going the last five years? is it really all?' and in five years from now, is it going to feel the same doing this?
i guess we all are the sum of our decisions [spare me the alternative universes speech, please].and that this should really be something to keep in mind for those next five years.

Well, well, it took them about a year or two,
but alas you can go see a movie for less money somewhere where the popcorn is nicer,
and there's much better places to dine and shop before or after the film.
i was seriously getting allergic to the CCS mall. first off - it's in the centre, but there's no direct transport to it, the shops are all for old ladies, and the popcorn and service basically suck.
Do enjoy your thursdays at either one of the Arena cinemas, or at The Mall, just for
4lv up until 18:00 and for 5lv after..

no more fun in any form

i am outraged!
i spent the last two weekends circling every big supermarket in town to find jello,
and guess what - we don't have it anymore! i've known for a while, that living in this country is a drag, especially after the no fruit loops debacle when i was 12, but no more jello? are you serious? when i asked the supermarket people about it they said that nobody buys it anymore so they stopped production. OUTRAGEOUS! who doesn't like jello? i love love love it! i was planning to have a whole pool of it once i hit the loterry or something. and come on - jello shots are so much better than getting drunk the regular way. what will i eat on sundays? what?!

ok, you already know that of course,

and porbably, just as us,
have been silently waiting for it all summer,
so i'll just make it a mention that tomorrow is
the new season 3 premiere of Gossip Girl.. !
i find it really funny i used to hide all my GG books
when i was reading them in high school and now
i blog about it for the 3rd time and i'm supposed to be grown up haha
well, maybe that's just it -
as you grow up, you start to feel more comfortable with yourself.

sometimes in the sadness you're able to embrace more.
just by knowing what is out there.. in those moment's of 'this is so awful', you are forced to see how sweet everything else is. bad luck, heartbreaks, whatever - shed your tears, allow the world to lift you up and find comfort in the random blessing you are served. because you will be, if you're open to seeing it. pay attention, cause it's all on the way to there..
